Responsibilities
Lead planning, design, and execution of Performance & Volume Testing (PVT) and related testing activities
Define non-functional test strategies, workload models, and acceptance criteria to mitigate delivery risks
Analyze results and infrastructure metrics to identify bottlenecks and service risks, recommending improvements
Develop automated performance testing solutions and integrate into CI/CD pipelines
Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and knowledge sharing across the QAT Profession
Support OAT, infrastructure testing, resilience, and operational readiness activities
Key requirements
Proven experience delivering PVT across complex enterprise environments
Experience defining non-functional test strategies, workload models, and acceptance criteria
Ability to analyze testing results and operational metrics to identify bottlenecks and risks
Automation experience with tools and scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, Bash, Java, or C#) integrated into CI/CD
Experience with observability/monitoring platforms (AppDynamics, ELK, Grafana, Dynatrace, Prometheus, Kafka)
Knowledge of cloud/infrastructure tech (AWS/Azure, Linux, networking, IAM, containers)
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Experience with testing cloud-native/containerised solutions (optional but preferred)
