Responsibilities
Improve quality, performance and consistency with suppliers
Investigate supplier quality issues and drive corrective actions
Support introduction and approval of new suppliers and components
Monitor supplier quality performance and identify improvement areas
Conduct supplier audits and quality reviews
Collaborate with Engineering, Procurement and Manufacturing to resolve quality issues
Support root cause investigations and preventative actions
Develop strong relationships with key suppliers
Advance continuous improvement across the supply chain
Maintain appropriate supplier quality standards and documentation
Key requirements
Experience in Quality Engineering, Supplier Quality or similar role
Experience in engineering/manufacturing environment
Strong understanding of root cause analysis and corrective action
Experience dealing with suppliers or external manufacturing partners
Understanding of engineering drawings and manufacturing processes
Strong practical problem-solving skills
Good communication and relationship-building ability
