Airline Sourcing Manager

Overview

In this role you will lead market research and RFP processes to source crew accommodations and transportation for airline and cruise line clients. You will own multiple RFPs, coordinate with internal teams, and negotiate terms to deliver optimal hotel and transport options. You’ll create market intel and pricing analyses to inform client proposals while developing strong vendor relationships. This position offers remote work within a fast-growing, global lodging practice and opportunities to influence strategic sourcing outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research, property analysis and RFPs aligned with client specs for crew accommodations
• Negotiate RFP terms and rates for hotels and transport (crew, DPAX, URA)
• Complete contracting for DPAX hotels/transport and URAs
• Monitor markets for price changes and identify risks/opportunities
• Develop pricing comparisons and present final hotel/transport options
• Produce market intel reports for smaller cities
• Vet hotels/transport vendors against client criteria
• Prepare and deliver all required deliverables
• Collaborate with product development via feedback
• Maintain knowledge of client operations and accommodation needs
• Build relationships with hotel and transport vendors
• Follow up with Account Management until business is placed
• Negotiate Fee Agreements as needed and per client
• Maintain understanding of hotel brands and management companies
• Travel and conduct hotel site visits as assigned

Key requirements
