Overview

As a Real Estate Lawyer in Plymouth, you will manage high-value property matters end-to-end, advising on developments, acquisitions, disposals, and landlord/tenant issues for major clients. You join a busy, national real estate group with a collaborative, inclusive culture and strong client base. You will mentor junior teammates, contribute to business development, and help grow the Plymouth presence within the Southwest. Responsibilities

• Run property transactions from start to finish
• Provide high-quality technical and commercial advice
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Support development of the local market presence
• Supervise and mentor junior team members
• Contribute to business development and strategic initiatives

Key requirements

• Qualified Solicitor with at least 3 years' PQE
• Extensive experience in high-quality real estate work from regional or City firm
• Confident advising landlords and/or tenants on property portfolios
• Experience in real estate finance (preferred)
• Strong technical skills and commercial awareness
• Excellent networking and client development abilities
