Responsibilities
Lead on high-value development and investment real estate transactions
Advise on acquisition, disposal, and funding of sites and investment properties
Draft, negotiate, and review complex real estate documents (leases, development agreements, SPAs)
Provide strategic planning, land assembly, and infrastructure guidance
Support lease negotiations and asset management for landlord-tenant matters
Coordinate with planning, finance, tax, and construction colleagues
Supervise and mentor junior associates and trainees
Contribute to client development, thought leadership, and growth initiatives
Key requirements
Qualified Solicitor
4-8 PQE in real estate
Experience in development and investment transactions
Familiarity with real estate finance, planning law, and landlord-tenant matters
Excellent drafting and commercial, solutions-focused mindset
Ability to manage complex transactions with minimal supervision
Strong communication, client-handling, and business development skills
Collaborative team player with leadership potential
