As Product Manager for GWI's User Management, you own core systems for subscription and consumption, including billing, metering, user plans, feature access, analytics and messaging. You will shape how data flows between internal tools and Salesforce, enabling consistent data and pricing models. You’ll lead a squad to deliver on billing enhancements and data integration, working with Revenue Ops, Finance, BI, Client Success, and Engineering. Responsibilities
Connect internal user management tools with Salesforce and other systems to ensure consistent data mapping
Oversee billing for consumption products, including metering, API usage, payment flows and user plans
Manage customer feature flags, access, and permissions
Own product analytics: event data, signup flow, usage data to inform business actions
Build and prioritize the roadmap from client feedback, stakeholder input and usage analytics
Scope work and own delivery of the squad (front-end, back-end, design)
