In this Plant Manager role, you will lead the Sutton-in-Ashfield manufacturing site to safely and efficiently meet performance targets within the SQDICP framework. You will drive continuous improvement, quality, delivery, and cost objectives while developing a high-performance, inclusive team aligned with Eaton’s culture. The position focuses on operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction in a harsh-environment equipment business. You will influence across functions to deliver H5 commitments and strategic goals.

Responsibilities
Maintain an uncompromising safety culture and ensure regulatory and environmental compliance
Deliver world-class quality by preventing defects and solving root-cause issues
Ensure on-time delivery and optimize production planning, scheduling, and capacity
Achieve productivity, cost reduction, and profitability targets, managing budgets and capex
Develop leadership and succession planning, fostering collaboration and continuous learning
Deploy and manage site H5 objectives and KPIs, review performance, and implement corrective actions
Key requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Business, or related field; Master's preferred
Minimum 5 years of senior manufacturing leadership experience (Plant Manager or equivalent)
Proven track record delivering SQDICP results
Experience implementing Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, and Eaton Business System principles
Strong financial and operational acumen; experience with SAP and ERP systems
Ability to analyze operational data and drive data-driven decisions
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience leading large-scale change or projects; ability to influence without authority
