Overview

As a Technical Project Manager in EY’s Technology Delivery team, you lead and direct technology-driven programmes that enable IT transformation for clients. You’ll work within a multi-disciplinary environment to steer large-scale initiatives, applying our agile and governance frameworks to deliver value. You help shape delivery culture and drive digital adoption through EY Accelerators and industry practices. This role offers exposure to cutting-edge projects within a globally connected firm and opportunities to advance your leadership impact.

Responsibilities

• Provide Leadership, Support and Direction to client technology-centric projects and programmes
• Oversee large, complex technical transformation initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align outcomes with client objectives
• Apply delivery methodologies (PRINCE2, Agile, SAFe) and EY Accelerators to enable rapid, controlled delivery
• Contribute to fostering an innovative, high-performance delivery culture
• Support the establishment and governance of agile delivery models and service management practices

Key requirements

• Proven track record in Technical Project Management for IT transformation programmes
• Experience delivering large-scale, complex technology projects
• Ability to lead across multi-disciplinary teams and manage stakeholder expectations
• Familiarity with Agile, SAFe, PRINCE2 delivery frameworks
• Exposure to systems integration and digital workflow initiatives (e.g., ServiceNow)
