In this role, you will guide Finance Reporting within Deloitte's Workday Finance Practice, shaping reporting solutions that unlock ROI for enterprise clients. You’ll lead design, development, and optimization of Workday Financials reports and dashboards, while coordinating stakeholder needs across finance domains. The position emphasizes delivering robust reporting architectures, data accuracy, and seamless data migration support in a collaborative, client-focused environment. Responsibilities
Lead intake, triage, prioritisation, and resolution of Workday Financials reporting requests, defects, and enhancements
Design, build, test, and maintain Workday Financials reports and dashboards across all functional areas
Gather reporting requirements from client stakeholders and translate finance needs into technical solutions
Lead reporting workstreams, coordinate priorities, track deliverables, identify risks, support testing and deployment
Troubleshoot reporting and data issues through root-cause analysis across Workday configurations and data flows
Support data migration activities and understand Workday transactional data flows
Manage stakeholders with clear communications and strong client relationships
Key requirements
Demonstrable expertise in designing, building, testing, and maintaining Workday Financials reports and dashboards
Ability to gather requirements from stakeholders and translate into technical solutions
Experience leading reporting workstreams and managing deliverables
Proficiency in troubleshooting reporting and data issues in Workday Financials
Understanding of Workday transactional data flows and data migration support
Experience designing and/or implementing ERP systems
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to plan and deliver team scope and deliverables
Understanding of ERP delivery risk
Experience with at least two end-to-end Workday implementations
