As a Workday Senior Finance Lead at Deloitte, you shape the finance transformation of enterprise clients through advisory and delivery leadership on Workday implementations. Responsibilities
Lead advisory and delivery projects across transformation strategies and Workday delivery lifecycles
Develop overall solution architecture and end-to-end process design supported by Workday technology
Identify client process and integration issues and propose effective solutions
Collaborate with clients to ensure inclusive culture and strong relationships
Translate business needs into concrete system, application, or process designs (functional and nonfunctional)
Key requirements
Experience in ERP, EPM, and cloud computing
Finance technology experience or related field
Ability to translate requirements into system/process designs
Understanding of Workday transactional data flows and data migration support
Experience designing/implementing ERP systems
Workday Finance, FDM and Engagement Manager Certified
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Ability to plan and deliver scope and deliverables
Effective stakeholder management and client relationship skills
Experience with at least four end-to-end Workday implementations
Awareness of ERP risk in delivery projects
Ability to work in an inclusive, cross-functional team
