Responsibilities
Contact, engage and manage Small Business customers through their application process
Build and nurture working relationships with commercial lending partners
Articulate Funding Options proposition and services confidently
Leverage extensive knowledge of business finance and lender/product variety
Explain finance options across multiple product classes
Maintain accurate, up-to-date prospect information in Salesforce
Monitor trends and enrich customer profiles in Salesforce
Stay informed on industry trends, market and competition
Share success stories with the wider organisation through comms channels
Key requirements
Experience in Commercial Finance Brokerage or customer-facing sales in commercial finance
Track record of meeting/exceeding revenue targets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Results-oriented with attention to detail, determination and drive
Outstanding customer service ethic
Highly organized, analytical and able to work under pressure
Self-starter who delivers with minimal instruction
Ability to quickly build strong working relationships
