Overview

As Senior Operations & Growth Manager, you drive transaction growth, cost optimization, and customer satisfaction across licensed markets. You will partner with GMs and cross-functional teams to translate insights into actionable growth plans and operational improvements. You act as a trusted advisor, shaping market performance and profitability through strong financial acumen and leadership. This role offers influence over pricing, demand drivers, and customer experience to deliver sustained growth and efficiency.

Responsibilities

Shape market operating approach with licensees to align pricing, labour, demand drivers, and customer experience
Drive integrated performance optimization by coordinating cross-functional teams and licensees
Develop and execute corrective commercial plans to boost sales, protect margins, and build resilience
Serve as senior advisor to markets and leadership to align brand standards and performance
Diagnose performance using in-market assessments and KPI insights to identify root causes and gaps
Translate insights into high-impact, prioritized actions for growth and cost optimization

Key requirements

Own market performance and ensure initiatives meet short- and long-term targets
Drive alignment and accountability with licensees for sustained market outcomes
Capabilty building and coaching of market ops leaders to close capability gaps
Build stakeholder partnerships with internal teams and external partners
Act with pace to remove barriers and maintain momentum
Develop scalable dashboards and tools for transparency and faster decisions
Drive cross-functional execution across Operations, Marketing, Store Development, Design, PRO, and Finance
Review new store openings and renovations for transaction and ticket growth
