The Opportunity
A leading regional law firm is seeking a talented Real Estate Solicitor to join its established commercial property team. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor looking to further develop their expertise across a broad range of high-quality real estate matters while working alongside experienced lawyers in a supportive and collaborative environment. The team advises a diverse client base including developers, investors, lenders, commercial landlords and tenants, and public sector organisations. The successful candidate will gain exposure to a varied workload and play an active role in the continued growth of the department.
Key Responsibilities
Managing a varied caseload of commercial real estate transactions.
Drafting and negotiating leases, licences and other property-related documentation.
Advising on acquisitions, disposals and landlord and tenant matters.
Preparing and reviewing reports on title.
Assisting with development and property finance transactions.
Supporting senior colleagues on complex investment and asset management projects.
Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Contributing to business development and networking initiatives.
Working collaboratively with colleagues across multiple practice areas.
About You
Experience handling acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant work, development and investment transactions.
Commercially aware with excellent client care skills.
Strong organisation and time management abilities.
Ambitious and keen to progress within a successful and growing team.
