Overview

Experienced Corporate Solicitor sought to lead and develop the firm's corporate legal services in Cheshire. You will oversee a team, supervise cases, and deliver strategic advice to corporate clients on M&A, joint ventures, restructures, and contracts. Responsibilities

• lead, support and oversee a team of Solicitors
• supervise case work and monitor delivery of legal services
• provide legal advice across M&A, joint ventures, shareholder agreements, restructures, and commercial contracts
• contribute to strategic planning and growth of the corporate department
• drive development and delivery of services to corporate clients

Key requirements

• minimum of 5 years PQE in corporate law
• leadership experience and track record managing complex corporate work
