Corporate Solicitor Associate / Senior Associate

In this role you will manage a portfolio of corporate transactions within a Legal 500-ranked team, handling high-value work from day one. You will work alongside senior colleagues on larger deals, advising on M&A, restructures, joint ventures and shareholder agreements while building strong client relationships. Responsibilities

• Manage own caseload of corporate transactions with autonomy
• Support senior colleagues on larger, more complex deals
• Advise on M&A, restructures, joint ventures, shareholder agreements and general corporate matters
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering commercially focused advice
• Contribute to marketing and business development initiatives
• Provide exposure to high quality, complex corporate work
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet client needs

Key requirements

• 4-6 years' PQE in corporate law
• Qualified solicitor
• Confident handling transactional matters independently
• Technically strong with a solid academic background
• Exceptional communication skills
• Commercially minded with proactive business development
• Existing network or ability to generate new work (advantageous)
• Team player who enjoys collaboration
