Estimator

Overview

You will join the estimating team for a regional main contractor based in Oxford. You will contribute to cost planning and tendering for projects up to £10m, ensuring competitive, accurate bids. You will work closely with project teams to support commercial decisions and maximise value. This role offers the chance to shape bids within a contractor-led environment and grow your estimating expertise in the regional market.

Responsibilities

• prepare and manage estimates for projects up to £10m
• support bid/tender submissions and cost planning
• engage with internal teams and external stakeholders to obtain data
• assist in procurement coordination and subcontractor engagement

Key requirements

• experience working for a main contractor is essential
