Responsibilities
Lead full design lifecycle from concept to manufacture for bespoke machines
Perform detailed engineering calculations and 3D modelling
Conduct DFMEA and FEA analyses to validate designs
Oversee fabrication processes including weldments, castings, and machining methods
Collaborate with manufacturing to ensure design for producibility and quality
Key requirements
Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Experience with Special Purpose Machinery / Rotating Equipment / Gearboxes
GD&T (BS8888)
