In this role you will lead hands-on development of flight-control algorithms for a new unmanned aircraft platform within a start-up setting. You will take control laws from simulation through ground and flight testing, collaborating across flight dynamics, autopilot integration, and data analysis. You’ll shape the verification workflow and document validation evidence to support robust, real-world performance. This is a growth-focused position with impact on safety, reliability, and the platform’s eventual flight readiness.
