In this role you guide client projects through feasibility, cost planning, procurement, tendering and post-contract delivery as a client-facing representative. You will collaborate with consultant and client teams and contribute to digital cost-management transformation. The position offers exposure to iconic UK projects across sectors such as city centre developments, manufacturing, logistics and residential schemes. Responsibilities
Prepare cost estimates and cost plans for projects
Conduct feasibility studies and cost planning until final plan
Lead tendering and procurement activities including pre-qualification, tender analysis and contract documentation
Monitor timely and accurate financial reporting and valuations
Interface with clients and consultants at all stages
Manage post-contract cost variances and change control processes
Provide input on value engineering and negotiate final accounts
Mentor junior team members and share experience with the wider team
Key requirements
Proven track record in cost management / quantity surveying across full project lifecycle
Ideally professionally qualified (RICS or similar)
Degree or HNC level qualification
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
