Responsibilities

• handle a broad range of childcare matters including private children law and care orders
• advise on orders such as special guardianship, adoption, and emergency protection orders
• manage own caseload with minimal supervision
• provide high-quality client service and build durable client relationships
• utilise advocacy skills; ideally possess Children Panel accreditation or progress toward it
• hit the ground running to contribute to the firm’s strong client outcomes and reputation

Key requirements

• 3+ years PQE
• strong experience in childcare matters
• excellent communication skills
• advocacy experience
• Children Panel accreditation or working toward accreditation (preferred)
