Senior Building Surveyor

Overview

In this role you will lead a broad range of building surveying projects across commercial, industrial, residential and mixed-use properties from inception to completion. You’ll provide commercially focused expert advice and help deliver refurbishment, fit-out, redevelopment and asset enhancement schemes. You will work closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams to meet objectives while supporting business growth in the Birmingham team. Responsibilities

• Lead diverse building surveying instructions across multiple property sectors.
• Manage refurbishment, fit-out, redevelopment and asset enhancement schemes.
• Provide professional services such as technical due diligence, dilapidations, contract administration, condition surveys and PPM programmes.
• Oversee projects from inception to completion with commercially sound guidance.
• Support business development and strengthen client relationships to grow the Birmingham team.

Key requirements

• Chartered Building Surveyor with strong project management experience
• Ability to lead projects and work with multidisciplinary teams
• Strong focus on delivering client objectives and commercially sound advice
