As Engineering Team Leader you will steer a multidisciplinary engineering team to deliver high-quality maintenance services within KPI guidelines. You’ll coordinate daily activities of Resident Engineers, ensuring safe, compliant work and strong customer service. The role combines hands-on management with process improvement in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment. You’ll lead by example, drive safety, and contribute to on-site continuous improvement in a global robotics and intralogistics context.

Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate a multidisciplinary engineering team to deliver the engineering service within KPI guidelines
Plan and manage daily activities of the Resident Engineers
Represent Swisslog professionally in all interactions with customers
Ensure work meets SLA requirements and safety standards
Conduct performance reviews and coach team members
Provide risk assessments, method statements, and maintenance documentation
Drive continuous improvement on site and ensure compliance with health and safety legislation
Key requirements
Previous experience as an Engineering Team Leader
Apprentice-trained Mechanical or Electrical Engineer with Level 3 qualification
Experience working with automation
Ability to work at heights
Strong communication skills for a customer-facing role
