Overview

In this role you manage Loma’s key customer portfolios to build trusted-advisor relationships and drive long-term profitability for both sides. You will develop strategic account plans, lead cross-functional collaboration, and influence innovation based on client needs and market insights. You will monitor performance against KPIs, negotiate favourable terms, and address issues to maintain high client satisfaction. This position involves close interaction with sales, marketing, product, engineering, and service teams, and may require regular travel to customer sites. You will contribute to a customer-centric growth mindset and deliver measurable impact for key accounts.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic account plans to hit revenue and profitability targets
Conduct regular account reviews to assess satisfaction and uncover growth opportunities
Analyze client data to identify trends, risks, and improvement areas; use insights to shape strategies
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new growth opportunities
Lead contract negotiations with key accounts for favorable terms
Address disputes and escalations to maintain positive client relationships
Coordinate with sales, marketing, product, engineering, and service teams to deliver exceptional client experiences
Monitor account performance against agreed KPIs and objectives

Key requirements

Previous experience in key account management or senior sales role
Analytical and numerate with ability to interpret data and trends
Strong organizational skills and multi-account management
Excellent ability to build rapport and maintain client relationships
Proactive problem-solving skills for complex client needs
Willingness to travel to customer sites regularly
