Responsibilities
Perform PPM and reactive electrical maintenance in line with contractual and regulatory requirements
Diagnose faults, repair, and execute safe isolations on electrical systems and building services
Record maintenance activities and compliance data using CAFM/PDA systems
Ensure all works meet Health & Safety legislation, RAMS, QHSE standards, and LiveSafe procedures
Collaborate with the estates team to maintain asset performance and operational continuity in the healthcare facility
Key requirements
City & Guilds 2360 Parts 2 & 3 (or equivalent electrical qualification)
NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or completion of an electrical apprenticeship
18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification
City & Guilds 2391 Inspection & Testing (or equivalent)
Previous experience in building services maintenance; healthcare experience advantageous
