US Marine Producing Broker

Overview

You will join a respected Lloyd’s marine broker to develop and scale the US Marine book from a London market base. In this role, you’ll work with a skilled marine team to drive revenue growth, expand client portfolios, and maintain strong carrier and broker relationships. The position offers autonomy, a high-performance bonus structure, and potential equity as you help execute long-term growth plans in the US marine space.

Responsibilities

• Produce and develop US Marine business across the London Market
• Manage and grow relationships with retail and wholesale brokers
• Handle placements across Marine Liability, Hull and related marine classes
• Develop new revenue streams and expand the client portfolio
• Collaborate with senior leadership to execute long-term growth plans
• Work with servicing teams to deliver exceptional client service

Key requirements

• Proven track record producing US Marine business within the London Market
• Strong relationships across US retail and/or wholesale broker networks
• Experience handling Marine Liability, Hull or broader marine lines
• Ability to transfer a book of business post restrictive covenant
• Commercially driven with a strong market presence
• Strong relationships with underwriters and carriers
