Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of residential property matters
• Handle freehold and leasehold transactions, deeds of easement, remortgages, and sales/purchases
• Advise clients from instruction through to completion
• Provide high-quality client care and maintain meticulous attention to detail
• Work within a busy team and manage deadlines with appropriate supervision
• Engage in business development and networking to grow the caseload
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships

Key requirements

• Minimum 3 years PQE in handling a varied residential property caseload
• Strong technical knowledge across all aspects of residential conveyancing
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Ability to manage own caseload with supervision and prioritize deadlines
• Experience or interest in business development and networking is advantageous
