In this Senior Engineer role, you will contribute to Grant Thornton’s GenAI platform by delivering end-to-end software solutions and architectural design. You’ll work within cross-functional pods, translating business needs into technical outcomes and solving complex problems with a mix of native platform work and bespoke engineering. Responsibilities
Own delivery end-to-end within a delivery pod or forward-deployed team
Translate business needs into technical design and solutions
Develop and integrate backend components, APIs, and data flows
Decide when to solve natively in the GenAI platform vs. bespoke engineering
Work with product managers and Lead Engineer under technical direction
Apply AI tooling to accelerate craft and take experiments to production-grade outcomes
Contribute to platform architecture and integration patterns
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable value
Key requirements
Track record of owning end-to-end delivery in a team-based model
Shipped production software with known decisions and trade-offs
Depth in backend and integration engineering using Python or C# .Net
Good judgement on native platform solutions vs bespoke engineering
