As part of Radius’ Energy Division, you will be the first point of contact in the customer journey, generating qualified energy opportunities and nurturing conversations that drive new business. You will collaborate with Energy Sales Executives to ensure a smooth handoff from engagement to sale, while building a healthy pipeline and tracking activity in the CRM. Based in Belfast, you’ll help customers reduce energy costs and manage their energy more effectively, contributing to the team’s growth in a fast-paced, agile environment. Responsibilities
Contact existing Radius customers to identify new energy opportunities and cross-sell solutions
Generate qualified sales opportunities through outbound prospecting and referrals
Re-engage prospects from campaigns and dormant opportunities
Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline and progress opportunities to Energy Sales team
Collaborate with Energy Sales Executives to ensure seamless customer journey from engagement to sale
Accurately record interactions, pipeline activity, and opportunities in the CRM
Meet individual activity, pipeline, and referral targets and contribute to team success
