Responsibilities

Support Corporate Account Managers in nurturing and expanding client relationships
Coordinate seminars, logistics, and coach diaries
Serve as main contact for clients via phone and email
Ensure delegates receive accurate information and timely updates
Maintain and update internal systems (Microsoft Dynamics CRM)
Monitor seminar feedback and drive follow-up actions
Identify opportunities to enhance client engagement and service delivery
Produce internal and external reports and data
Conduct regular system audits for data accuracy

Key requirements

Degree in finance-related subject or background in customer service, sales, or administration
Experience in customer service, sales, or administrative roles
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines
Highly organized with attention to detail
Confidence in a target-driven environment
Proactive and solutions-focused mindset
Desirable: CRM experience (Dynamics, Salesforce); knowledge of financial services; intermediate Microsoft Office skills
