Temporary Executive Support - Investor Relations

This temporary Executive Support - Investor Relations position in the City of London suits a skilled Executive Assistant seeking a three-month assignment. Our client, a leading investment banking and financial advisory firm, is looking for an Executive Assistant to join their busy and fast-paced team. Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain corporate roadshow and events calendars.
• Arrange and manage logistics for results roadshows, investor meetings, site visits, non-deal roadshows and corporate events.
• Prepare and distribute meeting materials, presentations, agendas and supporting documentation.
• Maintain accurate records relating to corporate clients, shareholder information, market activity and investor engagement.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with corporate clients and internal stakeholders.
• Support onboarding activities for new corporate clients.
• Assist with the preparation and circulation of weekly reports, agendas, market updates and investor communications.
• Track and manage shareholder data, investor feedback, meeting requests and engagement activity.
• Produce and distribute post-roadshow and investor feedback reports.
• Maintain CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
• Support the wider team with administrative, reporting and project coordination activities as required.
• Assist in the preparation of management information, client service plans and business development initiatives.

About You

• Previous experience in an administrative, client-facing, investor relations, corporate support, or financial services role.
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Ability to work independently and use initiative.
• Professional approach to stakeholder and client relationship management.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Experience within investment banking or financial services desirable
