Senior Associate - Employment - Bristol - 3+ Years PQE

In this role you will support a leading Employment team in Bristol, handling a varied caseload for employers on disciplinaries, redundancies and tribunal matters. Responsibilities

• Advise employers on disciplinaries, grievances, restructurings and redundancies
• Lead Employment Tribunal claims, primarily for Respondents
• Support in TUPE matters, corporate deals and outsourcing projects
• Draft contracts of employment, consultancy agreements, staff handbooks, settlement agreements and related documents
• Collaborate with Partners and the wider national Employment team

Key requirements

• 3+ years PQE in employment law
• Strong drafting and technical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Confident managing matters independently and engaging with clients
• Motivation, organisation and a proactive mindset
• Interest in business development and maintaining client relationships
