Overview

As a data-driven Product Manager, you will develop and grow insurance-specific data products for UKI, shaping strategy and delivering measurable value. You’ll collaborate with Marketing, Finance, and Engineering to identify customer needs and drive data-enabled solutions across the policy lifecycle. This role offers influence over product direction and opportunities to innovate within a leading risk solutions business. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to translate insights into impactful products.

Responsibilities

Interact with customers and stakeholders to gather, clarify, and document requirements for data-driven capabilities
Prioritise work based on value, impact, and strategic alignment
Evaluate new content against identified customer needs
Apply fail-fast methodologies for rapid experimentation and informed decisions
Maintain product backlogs to support effective delivery of data products
Manage stakeholder expectations with clear communication on priorities, progress, and delivery
Collaborate with Product Leads on strategy and roadmap discussions
Support go-to-market activities, including timelines, value messaging, and enablement needs with GTM partners

Key requirements

Demonstrable experience in product management or product ownership with backlog prioritisation and delivery of customer-facing capabilities
Proven ability gathering requirements from cross-functional stakeholders and translating them into actionable development
Ideally experience working with data
Strong ability to balance immediate priorities and future strategy
Self-starter mindset, comfortable working independently and owning key deliverables
Strong understanding of agile methodologies
Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
