• Handle the full spectrum of corporate work
• Work on mergers and acquisitions, share transfers and private equity
• Develop and maintain a strong network of corporate clients
• Manage multimillion‑pound corporate transactions

Key requirements

• 5+ years PQE in corporate law
• Experience managing multimillion‑pound corporate transactions
• Proven ability in mergers and acquisitions, share transfers and private equity
