You will work on complex public and private M&A, private equity deals, and equity capital markets transactions for a diverse client base, including multinational corporations, financial institutions, and investors.

Key Responsibilities

• Advising on mergers, acquisitions, private equity transactions, and corporate finance matters.
• Working with high-profile clients across various sectors.
• Managing and supporting corporate transactions from inception to completion.
• Collaborating with colleagues across different practice areas to provide a full-service offering.
• Supporting business development initiatives.

About You

• Qualified solicitor (SRA or Law Society of Scotland registered).
• Experience in Corporate M&A and private equity transactions.
• Strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
