?? Role: Registered Nurse

As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, person-centred care while ensuring the safety, dignity and wellbeing of residents and service users.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing professional nursing care in line with individual care plans
• Administering medication safely and accurately
• Monitoring residents' health and responding appropriately to changes in condition
• Completing accurate care and nursing documentation
• Working closely with care staff, families and other healthcare professionals
• Supporting residents with their physical and emotional wellbeing
• Ensuring all care is delivered in accordance with relevant policies and professional standards

Requirements

• Valid NMC registration and PIN
• Previous nursing experience, ideally within a care home or similar setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A caring, professional and reliable approach
• Right to work in the UK
• Relevant training and compliance documentation
