Calibration Engineer

Morson Edge are seeking an experienced Calibration Engineer to support their Gloucester facility on an initial 6-month contract. This is a technically focused metrology and measurement engineering role, responsible for ensuring measurement and test equipment remains fit for purpose, compliant and capable of meeting production and engineering requirements.

Working closely with engineering, manufacturing and quality teams, you will define calibration requirements, assess measurement capability, support calibration compliance, and provide technical guidance on instrumentation, electrical measurement and test equipment. This role is ideally suited to candidates with a background in metrology, calibration engineering, instrumentation, electronics or test and measurement who can apply their expertise beyond routine calibration activities.

Experience with measurement uncertainty, traceability, electrical test equipment and regulated manufacturing environments would be highly advantageous.
