Location: Carlisle, Cumbria
Rate: £26 per hour PAYE
Duration: 12 months
Hours: 8 hours per day

The Opportunity

We are recruiting two experienced Site Agents for a new caravan park development in Carlisle, Cumbria.

The project involves approximately 40 weeks of groundworks within a 12-month construction programme. We're looking for individuals with a strong civil engineering background who can manage site activities, coordinate subcontractors and ensure works are delivered safely and on schedule.

The Role

• Oversee daily civils and groundworks operations.
• Manage subcontractors, labour and plant.
• Monitor progress against programme requirements.
• Ensure quality and health and safety standards are maintained.
• Liaise with the project team and resolve site issues.

What We're Looking For

• Experience as a Site Agent, Civils Site Manager or General Foreman.
• Strong background in groundworks and civil engineering.
• Ability to manage site operations independently.
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid preferred.
• Full UK driving licence.

Package

• £26 per hour PAYE
• £25 daily food allowance
• Company van and fuel card
• Accommodation fully paid
• 12-month contract
