The Role

As a Registered Nurse, you will provide safe, effective and person-centred care while working as part of a professional healthcare team.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing high-quality nursing care in line with care plans and clinical requirements.
• Monitoring patients and responding appropriately to changes in their condition.
• Administering medication and treatments safely.
• Maintaining accurate and confidential clinical records.
• Following safeguarding, infection control, health and safety and clinical governance procedures.
• Working effectively with the wider multidisciplinary team.
• Escalating concerns or changes in a patient's condition appropriately.

About You

• Valid RCNNMC registration and Right to work in UK
• Minimum 6 months' NHS nursing experience .
• Relevant nursing qualifications and clinical experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, professional and compassionate approach to patient care.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Good understanding of safeguarding, confidentiality and professional standards.
• Commitment to delivering safe, high-quality patient care.
