Your responsibilities as Employer Partnerships Manager

• Develop relationships with employers across the West Midlands to create recruitment opportunities travel to clients in the Black Country and Birmingham is required
• Generate new business partnerships through networking, referrals and targeted outreach activity
• Secure vacancies, placements, apprenticeships and employment opportunities for learners
• Attend business events, careers fairs and stakeholder meetings to expand employer engagement
• Maintain accurate CRM records and contribute towards performance targets and reporting
• Identify opportunities for employer-funded training and wider commercial partnerships

What were looking for in an Employer Partnerships Manager

• Previous experience in employer engagement, recruitment, business development, sales or account management
• Experience building relationships with senior decision-makers and external stakeholders
• Knowledge of employability, skills, training or apprenticeship programmes would be advantageous
• Experience managing pipelines, opportunities and CRM systems
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle for regional travel to clients in the Black Country and Birmingham

Working Hours
Monday Friday, 9am 5pm
