DescriptionJob Title: Senior Building SurveyorLocation: LeedsSalary: 45,000–65,000 (dependent experience) + excellent benefitsThe OpportunityA global consultancy in the built environment sector is expanding its Leeds team and is seeking a Senior Building Surveyor to support a growing pipeline of work. Following a successful 2026, which saw the business expand into new sectors and introduce additional service lines, the Leeds office is entering an exciting period of investment. You’ll deliver a blend of professional and project based surveying services across a variety of sectors; education, healthcare, private residential, housing, retail, industrial and local government properties, all within a culture that genuinely prioritises people, wellbeing and long term growth.
