Deliver a full range of building surveying services – defect analysis, dilapidations, condition surveys, and refurbishment/new build projects
Manage client relationships and provide professional technical advice
Prepare reports, specifications, and schedules of work
Oversee contract administration and project delivery
Support and mentor junior surveyors within the team
Skills & Experience Required
Degree in Building Surveying or related discipline
MRICS (or working towards chartership)
Strong technical knowledge of construction and building pathology
Experience managing multiple projects
Knowledge of Building Regulations, CDM and H&S
