It’s inefficient, frustrating, and ripe for change. That’s exactly what this company has cracked. They’re building a fully AI native platform that automates the admin and paperwork that specialist engineers hate doing, so those engineers can focus actually solving real problems. The result is massive gains in productivity, better margins and software that operators genuinely want to use. What makes this especially compelling is the growth strategy. These aren't just selling software and hoping for adoption, the company acquires profitable, real world service businesses and brings them straight onto their AI platform. As Founding Engineer / Tech Lead, you’ll get stuck in from day one, with real ownership and influence. You’ll design and build the core platform, automate messy real world workflows, and shape how AI is actually used inside operational businesses. You’ll also be backed to grow your own team, with a clear path to CTO before they get to Series A. This won’t be for everyone, there will be long nights and hard problems to solve but for the right person, the upside and ownership are exceptional.
