Responsibilities Lead an M&E Team in the coordination and delivery of individual projects, including attendance at meetings, internal programming, project reviews etc.Provide input on design strategy and conceptual design relative to mechanical installations.Design mechanical installations to meet all existing, relevant British Standards, Building Regulations and other relevant standards.Requirements HNC/HND in relevant engineering subject e.g. Building Services Engineering, Mechanical EngineeringSpecialist interests or qualifications, e.g. renewable energy, low carbon design, BREEAM, lighting design, LCC registration or other relevant topicsExperience in Modelling software, e.g. IESExperience in BIM/Revit 3d Modelling
