Reference: LAJ _ Job title: Planning SolicitorLocation: Tunbridge WellsSalary: 65,000-80,000 DOEPQE Level: 2+ PQEA highly regarded South East law firm is seeking a Planning Solicitor to join its growing L500 planning team.You will advise developers, landowners, investors and public sector clients on a broad range of planning matters, including planning applications, appeals, Section 106 agreements, development projects and strategic land transactions. The role offers exposure to complex residential, commercial and mixed-use schemes, working alongside experienced specialists on high-quality work.The successful candidate will have at least 2 years' PQE gained within a recognised planning practice, strong technical ability and a commercial approach to client service.
