They regularly lead on complex cross‑border transactions spanning acquisitions, disposals, restructurings, capital reorganisations and broader corporate finance work.This role would suit a solicitor who wants to immerse themselves in these sorts of corporate matters while working in an environment that values collaboration, clarity and commerciality.
