Chroma are searching for a Senior Firmware Engineer to support the continued development of their CAN-based power management and vehicle control platforms.The ideal candidate will be a hands-on firmware engineer with strong CAN expertise. Candidates with strong hardware and firmware experience can be considered if no CAN experience.Lead Firmware Engineer Requirements:8+ years’ commercial embedded firmware developmentStrong C/C++ experience on 32-bit microcontrollersRTOS, interrupts, low-level drivers and communications protocolsSPI, I2C, UART and LINAbility to read schematics and work closely with hardware engineersExperience mentoring or technically guiding other engineersAs a Senior Firmware Engineer, you’ll be responsible for the architecture, design and delivery of embedded firmware for CAN-based power distribution and control units.
