Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity SurveyorLondonSalary: Competitive depending on experienceHybrid: 3 days office/site, 2 days homeCarriera is working with an established independent construction consultancy looking to strengthen one of its London Cost Management teams.The team is exceptionally busy across a varied portfolio, including film studios, heritage schemes and wider property projects, and is looking for a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor who can provide additional delivery capability.Unlike some senior appointments, chartership is not essential. The consultancy is open to an established QS looking for a step up as well as someone already operating at Senior level.You will work closely with experienced Partners and have the opportunity to take ownership of projects while developing your client-facing and technical experience.ResponsibilitiesDeliver Quantity Surveying services across the project lifecyclePrepare cost plans and early-stage cost adviceSupport procurement and tender processesManage valuations, variations and cost reportingAttend client, design and site meetingsWork across a varied portfolio of technically interesting projectsDevelop relationships with clients and consultantsSupport junior members of the team where appropriateRequirementsConsultancy Quantity Surveying or Cost Management experienceStrong pre and post-contract groundingComfortable working directly with clientsQS or Senior QS levelMRICS advantageous but not essentialAmbitious and keen to progress within a smaller, collaborative consultancy environmentThe business offers a clear route through Senior QS, Associate, Senior Associate, Divisional Director and ultimately Partner.For further information, contact Joshua Fox at 567 907
