Senior Quantity Surveyor

A forward-thinking, multi-disciplinary construction consultancy is seeking a MRICS Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their Birmingham office which has secured a strong pipeline of long-term projects.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will come in and take the lead on a variety of projects valued between 2m - 10m across different sectors including healthcare, local authority and retail.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will also help the Director manage the Quantity Surveying team, and also begin to get involved in business development activities.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

• MRICS
• Excellent pre and post contract experience
• Worked within a PQS / Consultancy practice
• Employers Agent and/ or Project Management experience would be a plus
• Able to manage and deliver projects independently
• Client facing / personable character
