We’re creating experiences.Working for a privately owned real estate investment company with a growing UK office portfolio, they we believe exceptional tenant experience is what separates good landlords from great ones.Now we’re looking for someone to set and lead that vision.The opportunityThis is a brand-new role, built for someone who wants to leave their mark. You’ll design and roll out a portfolio-wide tenant experience strategy from front-of-house hospitality to building standards, community events to tech-enabled engagement. Think hospitality meets property meets community management, with real scope to shape how our buildings feel and function.What you’ll be doing Setting the national strategy, including service standards, presentation, and consistency across every asset
Leading front-of-house teams, training, recognition, and a reception network that raises the bar
️ Setting the standard, audits and improvement plans for everything from wellness facilities to wayfinding
Creating community events, partnerships, and perks that make our buildings places people want to be
Proving it works satisfaction surveys, KPIs, and reporting that shows real impact
️ Getting out the regular travel across our UK portfolio, meeting tenants and teams face to faceWhat you’ll bringExperience in commercial real estate, flexible workspace, hospitality, or customer experienceA track record of raising service standards and tenant/customer satisfactionThe influence to bring people together across multiple sites and organisationsEnergy, creativity, and genuine passion for hospitalityComfort working independently and owning a strategy end to endWhy this roleYou’ll have the freedom to build something from scratch, direct access to senior leadership, and the chance to genuinely redefine what tenant experience looks like across a UK office portfolio.
