Our team is building AI-powered data products and workflow solutions that unlock transparency, efficiency, and insight in private market investments. You’ll join a talented full-stack team of engineers and work on distributed services that are used across the entire ADM engineering stack.Applicants must have, and maintain, the right to work in the United Kingdom from the first day of employment. Please note that visa sponsorship is not available for this role.What You’ll DoArchitect, implement, and maintain engineering solutions to solve complex problems; write well-designed, testable code.Independently deliver high-value projects from design through delivery.Collaborate with product managers on product requirements iterations, design feasibility and user feedback.Learn and promote best engineering practices.Document software functionality, system design, and project plans.Mentor junior engineers, provide clear and constructive guidanceCollaborate with engineers and stakeholders from other teams to resolve technical issues or coordinate dependenciesWho You AreBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experienceExtensive software engineering experienceTrack record of leading technical initiatives from design through deliveryComfortable working independently, with a bias for actionStrong ownership mentality and drive to solve the most important problemsExcel at written and verbal communicationExperience with financial services or wealth management operationsExperience with object-oriented programmingExperience with AWS or another cloud platformExperience with IaC (infrastructure as code), preferably TerraformExperience with gen AI for codingOur Values Act Like an Owner - Think and operate with intention, purpose and care.
